Kan received her BAFA from RMIT University and Hong Kong Art School in 2017. Her artworks are held in numerous private collections. Kan explores the boundaries between life and death with her artworks, examines the condition of insecurity in relation of being alienated or being forgotten. Kan attempts to reveal the uncanny and mysterious sensation of hovering between asleep and awake, verses dream and reality. She experiments with painting, drawing and installation.
Solo exhibitions include “The Panacea” (Gallery EXIT, 2021) and “Peck-eyes Ravens” (CL3 Architects Limited, 2018). Participated group exhibitions include “+1”(Hong Kong Arts Centre, 2022), “The Unsung”
(Tai Kwun, 2021), “In the course of Dancing, from Nightfall to Darkness” (Hong Kong Arts School Gallery, 2020), and “TAKE 1” (Kwai Fung Hin Art Gallery, 2019).
Currently lives and works in Hong Kong.
